Everything you need to prep your files, protect your margins, and print like a pro.
Ink is honestβit doesn't guess, and it doesn't fix mistakes. We print exactly what you upload.
If your file is clean, you get a retail-quality transfer. If your file is trash, you get a trash print.
Letβs make sure you get the good one.
Look twice, order once. Make sure your artwork is stage-ready!
Don't design small and stretch it later. If the design is 10 inches wide, build it at 10 inches wide (or larger!) from the start.
Our printers run wide-gamut ink. CMYK files dull your colors down. Keep it RGB to keep it vibrant and bright.
Zoom in on your screen to 300%. If the edges look fuzzy, pixelated, or "melty," they will look terrible on cotton. Clean edges = Clean prints.
To keep our turnarounds lightning-fast and get orders out the door same-day, our printing pipeline is completely automated. Because of this, orders cannot be edited, fixed, or changed after they are placed. Your tracks have to be mixed perfectly before they hit the stage!
π No Specialty Finishes: We don't offer silver foil, glitter, metallic, glow in the dark, or specialty textured finishes. Our focus is heavy-hitting, ultra-vibrant, high-quality standard DTF transfers with a clean matte/satin finish.
The Cause: Low-res web images, or trying to stretch a tiny file into a large print layout.
The Fix: Always start your project with a large, high-resolution master file, and size it down in our builder layout grid if needed.
The Cause: AI tools display a checkered background to trick you, but it downloads as a flat JPEG with that checkered pattern baked into the file. We will print that checkerboard.
The Fix: Ask the AI for a flat white or black background. Download, upscale, and manually remove the solid color using design software. Save as transparent PNG.
The Cause: Design lines thinner than 2 pixels wide.
The Fix: Fabric has physical texture and ink spreads. Give your fine lines some muscle so they survive the heat press.
The Cause: Fake transparency or massive empty margins left around your perimeter.
The Fix: Crop files tight to the artwork edges. Empty space means paying for blank film and breaks auto-sizing. Check for hidden pixels on a pure black background.
