Joe's Refund Policy: The Built-to-Press Guarantee

At Joe’s DTF, the mission is simple: Satisfaction Guaranteed. You aren't just buying transfers; you’re building a business. You need a reliable partner, not a headache. If you crack open your package and the film isn't clean, vibrant, and ready to press, I am going to make it right.

No interrogations. No hoops to jump through. No BS. Just zero guesswork.


🤝 How We Make It Right

If you have an issue with your order—whether it’s the print quality, the color, or it just doesn't feel right—here is exactly how we handle it:

  • 1. The Fast Fix (Replacement): My first goal is to get production-ready film into your hands. If the transfers aren't up to Joe's standards, we will reprint them immediately and rush them out to you. I want you to have a product you can press with total confidence.
  • 2. Store Credit: If you don't need a reprint right now, we will issue you full store credit so your next run of gang sheets is on the house.
  • 3. Full Refund: If you are just done and want your money back, I respect that. If a replacement or credit doesn't work for you, we will issue a complete refund to your original payment method. No hard feelings.

⏳ The Timeframe

I ask that you inspect your film as soon as it lands on your porch. You have 30 days from the delivery date to reach out to us regarding a return or refund.

This gives you plenty of time to check your prints, press a sample, wash it, and make sure everything is rock-solid.


❌ What About "User Error"?

Look, I've been in apparel production for over 10 years. I know things happen. Maybe you uploaded a low-res file, or maybe your heat press temperature slipped.

While other shops will tell you "too bad, so sad," I don't cut corners and I don't gatekeep success. Even if the mistake was on your end, reach out. We’ll work with you to get a replacement or a solution so you aren't left eating the cost. I want you making money, not excuses.


🔄 How to Start a Return/Refund

We don't use automated return portals that reject you for clicking the wrong button. You get real, human support.

  • Email us: Reach out to joe@joesdtf.com (Be sure to update this with your actual email).
  • Subject Line: Include your Order Number (e.g., "Issue with Order #1234").
  • Tell me what’s up: A quick photo helps me identify print issues so I can dial in the machines, but it is not a requirement for your refund.
  • Return Shipping: If I need the items back to inspect the quality, I will send you a prepaid shipping label. You never pay for return shipping on a quality issue. Ever.

💸 When Will I See My Money?

  • Store Credit: Available immediately after we chat.
  • Refunds: Once processed, it usually takes your bank 3-5 business days to show the funds back in your account. That part is up to the banks, not me!
