Welcome to JoesDTF.com! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website (https://joesdtf.com/), our services, and the purchase of our Direct-to-Film (DTF) transfers, gang sheets, and related products.
By accessing our site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Overview & Services
JoesDTF.com provides premium DTF solutions, custom gang sheets, and ready-to-press transfers. We are a team built from makers, just like you, and our goal is to help your business succeed.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we believe a user violates these Terms or applicable laws.
2. Orders, Pricing, & Shipping

Pricing: All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

Shipping Cutoff: We offer same-day shipping for orders placed before 2:00 PM CST, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this time or on weekends/holidays will ship the following business day.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $25 within the United States.

Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders.
3. Artwork Submission, Copyright, & Indemnification
We take intellectual property very seriously—both yours and others'. Please read this section carefully before uploading any artwork or gang sheets.
Your Art is Yours (Our Promise)

We will never steal your artwork. Any designs, graphics, images, or layout patterns you upload to JoesDTF.com remain 100% your intellectual property.

We only use your artwork to print and fulfill your specific orders. We will never sell, distribute, display publicly, or reuse your custom designs for any other purpose without your explicit, written permission.
Your Responsibility & Legal Compliance

Ownership Representation: By uploading artwork, logos, text, or graphics to our site, you represent and warrant that you own the copyright, trademark, or appropriate legal license to reproduce those designs.

No Infringement: You agree not to upload any content that infringes upon the intellectual property rights, trademarks, copyrights, or privacy rights of any third party (e.g., Disney, sports franchises, luxury brands, or another artist's work without permission).
Copyright & Trademark Indemnification
Important Legal Agreement: By submitting an order, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Joe (including its owners, employees, and affiliates) from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to any claim that the artwork you provided violates a third party's copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other proprietary right.
Joe acts strictly as a printing service provider and does not pre-screen or authenticate the legal ownership of user-uploaded files. You assume full legal responsibility for everything you print.
4. Quality, Returns, & The "Second Chance" Policy
We want you to love your prints! Because custom DTF transfers are manufactured specifically to your dimensions and designs, we generally cannot accept returns for buyer's error or design mistakes. However, we always aim to take care of you:

Our Mistakes: If we make a mistake on your order, contact us at joe@joesdtf.com with your order number and photos, and we will make it right via a reprint or a refund.

Your Mistakes (Second Chance QR Code): If something went wrong on your end during the pressing or design process, every order includes a Second Chance QR Code. Scan it or contact us to reprint the exact same design at 50% off.

5. Prohibited Uses of the Site
In addition to other prohibitions set forth in these Terms, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:

For any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

To upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code.

To upload material that is explicitly defamatory, hateful, or abusive.
6. Limitation of Liability
Joe provides its website and printing services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Joe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products, user errors during the heat press process, or delays caused by shipping carriers.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kentucky, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions must be filed in the appropriate court closest to Louisville, KY.
8. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms at any time by posting updates to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
