The log in is a pain in the butt.
Make it simple.
Text a code.
You go to your email to get the code and when you go back to put the code in the page refreshes.
It’s annoying.

The shipping just seem really slow to me.
I put an order in on a Thurs evening, and it Wednesday night, haven’t received it yet.

The transfers are good. But their system seems tedious.
I hope they improve it.
Thanks

Prints are great, I have order numerous times, not 1 time have they shipped same business day, it has always been after 7pm which makes it the next business day when it comes to ups deliveries, always add an extra day to your expectation time

I love you guys. The best!!!!!

I had a great experience with Joe’s DTF! Their customer service team responded quickly and patiently helped me understand how to prepare my artwork for the correct print sizes. With their guidance, my designs uploaded exactly as intended. I appreciate their attention to detail and willingness to help. A big thank-you to Gambit and the team!

Awesome as always😎😎

The quality was excellent and color was superb. My group of ladies loved their shirts.

First time customer here, I placed my first order and couldn't be happier. Building the Gang sheet was super simple and actually had more features than other sites I've used. The quality of the DTF prints were perfect and super impressed with the shipping, packaging, quality and prices. Starting on my next order now.

Very good company.

Prints are perfect. Easy to press. Very happy with the pricing. Fast shipping.

I'm incredibly impressed with this company as a whole. The quality of the transfers was something I was concerned about when seeing the low flat rate but ALSO quick and low shipping costs. But they're fantastic.

More importantly, the customer service is fantastic! They've not hesitated with any questions I've had and I get a reply really quick there too! They're at the ready with tips and suggestions that have helped me to make sure I'm sending out the best products.

My only complaint is that it took me a lot of searching other companies while doing price comparisons and they happened to pop up on a social media ad.

Super fast and super easy to use. They answer your questions and put out a great product.

My first time using these guys and I ordered Last minute with no room for error And life happens and there was a little snafu but these guys were on top of it immediately and definitely overcompensated to make it right. Nowadays it's so hard to even get in touch with someone at any company especially one that you order online and these guys were in communication all day and were absolutely excellent. I have been making shirts for years and these guys really are impressive! ALSO Look how great these came out! Vibrant and perfect! The customer service is absolutely incredible and the pricing literally can't be beat and usually you sacrifice one for the other but not here.

This is my go-to business for GREAT DTF prints. Everything arrives very quickly, and the DTF prints are amazing.

Easy to load and set up gang sheets!

Great pricing

They were awesome. Way better than what I have been using full of color. The shipping was so fast

Disappointed.
Ordered a 22 ft gang sheet, believed it would be printed and shipped as promoted on all their social media. Order stated expected on Friday, order didn’t get printed or shipped same day, order arrived following week Tuesday. Could have lived with that, just needed to lower my expectations.
Real issue I have, ( it’s my fault for not reviewing instructions on web site before ordering.). Joes says to only use heat press, no easy press or iron. Since I often use easy press for mobile use and need to do split pressing ,a process I’ve never had issue with past vendors transfers. I needed this order for 80 T-shirts. Since I needed to finish this project, not wanting to ruin shirts or sell inferior product, I ordered from my old company, paid for overnight delivery.
I emailed my concerns and received a reply saying they were sorry.
Bottom line, on my first and last order from Joes, I wasted my money on transfers that I didn’t use. Next time I think about changing vendors I will fully read and review all their web site info.
Since I didn’t use the transfers I cannot comment on their value.

My first time ordering any DTF and they turned out perfect. So quick too!! I am now a loyal customer.

Super high quality, awesome customer service.
They walked me through building my gang sheet, helped with some design flaws and sent me some unbelievable quality prints

Fast shipping and the quality is great!

Great transfers and awesome customers service!

Good shop to order transfers. Speedy service and great quality. Help was available if needed for sizing a transfer. Overall good shop with quick delivery.

Shopping was easy. Your shipping methods are horrible

Great job

You guys are the best! Great customer service and fantastic. Quick turnaround time.

They are super fast on processing and shipping.

please email me or post on your website what i need to order for free shipping, makes calculating my cost to customers easy, other than that no issues. good prints and builder lets you know when your designs have issues
